Demand has FAR exceeded expectations and out of an abundance of caution and in recognition of our need for quality control and acceptable turn around times we have made the extremely difficult decision to take a pause in accepting any new NJ SMART Program (housing assistance) applications at this time.

Applications received after 7/25/2024 at 5:00 pm will not be accepted or reviewed, however we will continue to actively work through the applications we have received to date.
