Celebrating 15 years of Providing Solutions to New Jersey Families
New Jersey SHARES, Inc.
New Jersey SHARES, Inc. (NJ SHARES) is a nationally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides assistance to individuals and families in need of help meeting their energy and utility burden. Through advocacy, community outreach, education, information and referral, we also connect low and moderate income households with available resources to meet their ongoing needs.
A FINANCIAL CRISIS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF AGE, INCOME OR FAMILY SITUATION.
These challenges are often due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a job loss or illness. New Jersey SHARES provides relief to people, who are not eligible for other types of assistance.
Subsequently, NJ SHARES formed partnerships with New Jersey American Water, United Water and Verizon, NJ that provide water and telephone assistance programs.
New Jersey American Water offers a comprehensive assistance program called H2O to Help Others.
